Rentals
Our facilities can be reserved and paid for online. Follow the links below to complete your reservations. Please continue to watch the Willard Parks website and social media for up-to-date information on all our programming.
Willard Community Building
5000 Sq. Ft. - Holds 350 people

Fees:
$45/hour
$450 full day
Rental time includes set up and tear down. 2 hour minimum rental.
Must be paid in full 30 days prior to event
Usage:
We do not rent for sporting events or practices.
Equipment:
Tables and chairs are available on request if available for date of rental. Amount agreed upon at time of rental.
Tables: 15 Chairs: 100
Additional Tables and chairs can be rented with two business days advance notice.

Willard Recreation Center Big & Small Gyms
Big Gym: 6200 Sq. Ft. / Small Gym: 4500 Sq. Ft.

*Rentals at the REC center must be during normal business hours. If you want an after hours rental there is a $20 per hour extra staffing fee.

Gym rentals are for basketball practices, volleyball practices, and birthday parties.

Private Party Rentals:
$400 - 2 hours for 75 or fewer guests
$450 - 2 hours for 76-150 guests
$500 - 2 hours for 151+ guests
