Senior Fit is designed for seniors of all ages to come enjoy some fun, low impact exercise.

Interested in Water Exercise classes?
Water exercise is an excellent form of fitness to increase metabolism, improve cardiovascular health, increase strength, slow down age-related loss of muscle mass, and the increase of reaction time.
