Willard Students Invited to Join the Spooky Sprint!
Get ready, Willard students! The annual Spooky Sprint is just around the corner, and this year you can race for your school! Participants will get to choose which school they want to represent, and the school with the most runners could win a free pool party at the Willard Aquatics Center. The race begins at the Frisco Highline Trailhead and heads west, taking participants on a spooky journey through the Haunted Woods. The bravest runners will turn back after reaching the Headless Horseman, but beware—entering the woods might mean you don’t return! The race will take place rain or shine, kicking off at 7:15 pm.
For younger participants or those looking for a less frightening adventure, there's a kid-friendly turnaround point at Grand Prairie Street, ensuring fun for all ages. This exciting event is the perfect way to celebrate Halloween, with a thrilling mix of fitness and fright!
